Please clean up any dog poop on the day of delivery.
We will install your yard card greeting between 5:30PM and 9PM the night before your display date, and pick it up between 5:30PM and 9PM the day of your display, unless you paid for lights where we will shift pickup to the following morning. We will send you a reminder email the day of set up which will be the day before your display date.
An adult must be present in the home during set up and removal, and must be aware of the agreement to set up the display. We kindly ask that everyone remain inside the home while we set up and we will send you an email including a picture of the display when we are finished.
No refund will be given if we cannot access the property due to an animal or gated community which we cannot enter.
No refunds will be given for an incorrect address given by the customer.
Yard Card Ninjas is not responsible for damage to utilities or sprinkler components in the area requested for the display.
Placement of individual letters is at the discretion of Yard Card Ninjas. Once placed, repositioning display is prohibited. If you need anything moved please contact us at (248) 587-7689. You are responsible if anyone moves, removes, and/or damages any part of our display ($25+ per sign or light). Do not attach anything to any part of the display - that includes balloons or streamers.
Yard Cards will be delivered and picked up rain or shine with the exceptions of sustained winds of 15+ mph or wind guts over 25mph (weather.com), during time of set up or removal, or temperatures below 28 degrees F. Also if road conditions are bad due to snow and/or ice and we are not able to install your yard card, you will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 48-72 hours of display date will be refunded MINUS $50. No refunds within 48 hours of display date.
