Yard Card Ninjas Policy Agreement
Please clean up ALL dog poop on the day before your display date. Please postpone or cancel lawn service or mowing for the day(s) of your display.
We will install your yard card greeting between 7 PM and 9 PM the night before your display date. We will pick it up between 7 PM and 9 PM the night of your display date, unless you paid for a birth announcement which will be picked up after 3 days. We will send you a reminder email the day before your display date with an approximate time to expect installation.
An adult that lives in the home we are installing the Yard Card Greeting must be aware of the agreement to set up the display. We kindly ask that everyone remain inside the home while we set up and we will send you an email including a picture of the display when we are finished.
No refund will be given if we cannot access the property due to an animal or gated community which we cannot enter.
No refunds will be given for an incorrect address given by the customer.
Yard Card Ninjas is not responsible for damage to utilities or sprinkler components in the area requested for the display.
Placement of the display is at the discretion of Yard Card Ninjas. Once placed, repositioning any parts of the display is prohibited. If anything has moved or shifted due to wind or something else please contact us at (248) 587-7689. You are responsible if anyone moves, removes, and/or damages any part of our display, or mows or weed-whips around the sign ($25+ per sign or light). Do not attach anything to any part of the display - that includes balloons or streamers.
If *we* need to cancel due to inclement weather, we will refund you 100%. It is up to Yard Card Ninjas discretion as to what weather will not allow for an installation. * If, within 24 hours of the installation time, the predicted wind speeds for the display period are going to exceed 20 mph, we will provide you a full refund.*
Cancellations by you within 48-72 hours of display date will be refunded MINUS $50. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of display date.
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH YARD CARD NINJAS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES LISTED ABOVE.
